Put repetitive work on AI.Keep decisions with your people.
We build six AI agents that answer phones, reply to WhatsApp, take meeting notes, and update your CRM. They run inside your systems. Our prices are public. If we miss the target we agree on, you don't pay the last 30%.
Not ready to talk? Answer six questions about your workflow — the result is instant, no email needed, and it will sometimes tell you not to hire us.
How Orkivanta fits together: a customer or employee event arrives; one of the six agents — AI Voice Dialer, AI Marketing Agent, AI Meeting Notes Agent, AI Data Entry Agent, AI Data Analyst, AI Resume Screener — picks it up and works it; the agent acts through the systems the work already lives in, such as a CRM, a calendar, approved messaging, email, spreadsheets and internal APIs; and the decision goes to a named person.

Synced to CRM
A named person picks it up
The agent prepares the opportunity. The salesperson owns the decision — price, discount, warranty and any safety call never reach the agent.

Qualified, with the next action already booked
The lead reaches a person ready to be worked, not a name and a number. Whether it becomes a sale is the salesperson's job, and the dealership's.

Illustrative workflow, not a customer result. Actual outcomes depend on your process, the system access you grant, and execution.
Where it fits
Four industries, mapped step by step.
Most teams don't search for "a Calling Agent" — they search for "chase my overdue payments" or "book more test drives". Pick your industry below to see which agents fit your workflow.
Banking, NBFC & lending
Banking, NBFC & Lending
Move every application forward — enquiry to repayment — with a person on every credit and hardship call.

What gets better
Work stops depending on someone remembering.
No invented percentages — just a clear description of what changes when agents handle the repetitive work.
- Less re-keying
The same record stops being typed twice.
Re-typed into a second systembecomesMoved once, by the agent
The order stops being re-keyed and the status stops being chased across four threads by people hired to do something else.
- Speed
Actions happen while intent is still high.
Whenever someone gets to the listbecomesFires from the event itself
The callback, the reminder and the follow-up start from the event in your system rather than from somebody reaching that row.
- Owner, status, ageing
What is pending, who owns it, how long it has waited.
Ask five peoplebecomesOne view, with ageing on it
Every action is logged with the reason behind it, so a supervisor reads back what happened instead of reconstructing it.
Sample data · not a customer queue
Illustrative sample rows, not customer data: Enquiry awaiting callback, owned by Sales floor, waiting 12m; Document chase, no reply, owned by Onboarding, waiting 2d; Escalated — outside rules, owned by Supervisor, waiting 4m.
- One current record
The work happens once. The record stays current.
Four threads and a spreadsheetbecomesOne workflow, one record
Calls, messages, email and sheets feed one loop, and the system of record is updated from it rather than from somebody's memory of it.
- Fewer dropped handoffs
Follow-ups stop depending on memory.
An intention someone hadbecomesA logged action with an owner
A handoff that exists as a recorded action rather than a good intention is a handoff that does not quietly disappear on a busy day.
- Time for judgement
More of the day left for the calls only a person can make.
Routine contact fills the hoursbecomesRoutine contact carried by the agent
The chasing and the first-response calls stop competing with the work you hired people to think about. What they do with that time is your call, not a figure we can claim.
These describe how the work changes shape, not a measured result. Nothing here claims a percentage, an hours-saved figure, a saving, or a conversion gain — pick what to baseline before a build and measure it on your own systems.
One record, always current
One workflow. One current record.
Before: A phone call, An approved message, Email, A spreadsheet, Somebody's memory each hold part of the context, and none of them holds all of it. With Orkivanta: the same sources feed one bounded workflow, which updates one record in the system you already use. One workflow, one current record.

Enter your own numbers. The calculator shows what the manual work costs now — not what you'll save, not a quote, just arithmetic.

See the Calling AgentThe cost of carrying on
Your team is not slow. The busywork between tasks is.
Nobody you hired wants to copy the same data into a second system, chase a status across four apps, or answer the same customer question ten times a day. That work still gets done. But it gets done by people you hired for something else.

The arrangement
We agree on the number before we write code.
The metric comes first
Before we build anything, we agree on one sentence that describes what has to move. We only accept metrics that already exist in your systems. If measuring the result needs us to build the measurement, it is the wrong metric, and we will tell you.
Seventy / thirty
70% of the fee is fixed. 30% depends on that metric moving by the agreed amount within 90 days of go-live. We cap the contingent portion on purpose. A firm that bets the whole project makes bad decisions near the deadline.
Your delay is not our risk
If you miss the agreed dates for data access, environment access, or subject-matter time, the contingent 30% converts to fixed. Most disputes about outcome pricing come from client-side delays. Pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
We publish the earn rate
How often we actually collect the contingent third is on this page, updated every quarter — including the quarters it goes badly. A 200-person agency cannot afford to do this. That is the point.
What it costs
We publish our prices. Here they are.
Most of the industry hides their prices. Anyone can say they are affordable. Publishing the numbers is the only version of that claim that actually costs something.
Setup Audit
₹20,000 – ₹40,000
1–2 weeks · fixed · credited against the build
We look at your actual workflows and tell you which one an agent can carry — and which ones it can't. You leave with a shortlist, one measurable metric per workflow, the data-and-integration check, and a written go / no-go. If it shouldn't be built, we say so.
- Scored workflow shortlist
- One-sentence metric per workflow
- Data & integration check
- Written go / no-go
Agent Build
₹1,50,000 – ₹4,00,000 / agent
4–8 weeks · 70% fixed / 30% behind the result
One agent, built and deployed into your live systems, measured against the metric we agreed in the audit. Thirty per cent of the fee is only earned if that number moves within ninety days.
- Deployed, integrated agent
- Cost cap and kill-switch
- Live metric instrumentation
- 90-day contingent clause
Managed Running
₹15,000 – ₹40,000 / month
rolling · 30 days' notice · usage billed at cost
Agents drift, costs creep, edge cases appear. We monitor, maintain and keep it cheap to run — and the AI and telephony usage is passed through at cost, not marked up.
- Monitoring & drift management
- Cost governance & escalation
- Model & prompt maintenance
- Quarterly review
Our numbers
The figures a star rating can't carry.
Published quarterly, including the quarters that go badly, with the sample size attached. If a figure is missing here it is because we do not have it yet — not because it was unflattering.
- Still running at 90 days
- Share of deployments live three months after go-live
- Contingent third earned
- How often we collect the outcome fee
- Median time to production
- Signature to live, in weeks
- Engagements declined

Track record
Systems that have already run against real money.
Gartner says agent projects fail because of escalating cost, unclear value, and weak risk controls — not model quality. Those are the three things we solved years ago, in production, before any of this had a name.
10.1M+
rows in a live analytics pipeline
An eight-stage battery-degradation engine over 8.46M telemetry and 1.68M GPS rows across 285 vehicles. It has a root-cause classifier that separates component defect from driver behaviour. Warranty disputes are settled on its output.
Per-call
cost tracking and a hard kill-switch
A multi-provider voice system with per-call cost tracking, deduplication, transcript intent scoring, and an operator kill-switch. This is what solved cost control and risk management look like — not a description, the real thing.
Regulated
identity and verification rails, in production
Document verification, e-signature, and credit-bureau integration with full audit logging and co-borrower flows. Running inside a lending environment where a wrong answer has a legal consequence.
Who we turn down
We are wrong for most people who contact us.
A firm that lists every industry and every service has no opinion. Ours costs us revenue to publish.
Anyone shopping on hourly rate
We do not sell hours. If the evaluation is a rate card, we are the wrong call.
Work where the outcome cannot be measured
If nothing in your systems already counts the thing that should improve, the contingent clause is meaningless. We would rather say no than sell a guarantee we cannot settle.
Strategy decks and AI workshops
We do not sell readiness assessments as a destination. The audit exists to reach a build decision, and it is credited against the build.
Staff augmentation
Renting engineers by the month is a different business with different incentives. Ours only works if we own the outcome end to end.
Evidence
Two kinds of proof. We keep them separate.
Our work
Case studies
Anonymous write-ups of systems we built and run. Each one separates what we proved from what we don't claim.

Public evidence
Teardowns of published third-party deployments. These are not our results — we just read them and explain what they mean.

Will your project reach production?
Six questions, scored out of thirty. They test what actually stops automation from reaching production: is the outcome measurable, does the data exist, is there a named owner with authority, does the workflow have an exception path, is cost bounded, and can someone switch it off. Answer below. The result appears immediately. No email required. It will sometimes tell you not to hire us.
- 01
Can you name, in one sentence, the number this should move?
- 02
Could someone hand over the data and system access next week?
- 03
Is there one person accountable for this working, with authority to change how the work is done?
- 04
When the automation cannot handle a case, what happens to it?
- 05
Do you know what this may cost to run per month, and is there a ceiling?
- 06
Can a non-engineer stop it, immediately, without a deploy?
— / 30
Answer all six and the result appears here — no email required.
